Modular and decentralised waste water regeneration

Current wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs) consume a great amount of energy and their functioning and maintenance costs are high; in addition, they are noisy and emit an unpleasant smell. Artificial wetlands, on the other hand, consume very little energy, but they require a lot of space and certain processes are difficult to carry out (withdrawal of sediment).

The goal is to create a low-cost and highly efficient modular and decentralised filtering system (CAPEX+OPEX) that is not a nuisance for neighbours.
